**Job Opportunity: Frontline Customer Service Representative**

Our Sydney-based team is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join us as a Frontline Customer Service Representative. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing information and instructions to guide them through the medical assessment process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct identity and security checks, escalating any identified risks
  • Process payments via EFTPOS
  • Confirm customer documentation meets requirements and process forms
  • Explain the visa medical examination process to customers, ensuring they understand key elements

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outcomes in a busy environment
  • Well-developed communication skills to adapt to diverse customer needs
  • Sound IT and computer skills
