About the role
We're looking for a confident, people-focused junior ready to grow their career in construction. In this blended role, you'll handle inbound sales enquiries, build rapport with clients, and support projects from first contact through to delivery. Whether your future lies in client management or construction delivery - this is the perfect entry point into the residential building industry.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Respond to warm inbound leads and qualify projects
- Guide clients through early-stage consultation and needs assessment
- Maintain project notes, CRM records, and internal task lists
- Liaise with builders, estimators, and site teams to support delivery
- Assist with quoting, client communication, and job progress
Skills & experience
- Strong communicator - confident on the phone and with customers
- Background in customer service, retail, sales or admin
- Tech-savvy and highly organised
- Interest in construction, renovations, or residential building
- Driver's licence preferred
