About the Role:

This Maximum Term full-time position is based in Liverpool and requires an experienced Case Manager with skills in providing front-line support to families in the child protection system.

You will work alongside parents to support and coach them to develop a family environment that nurtures and supports their children to thrive within their homes.

The role involves case management, home visiting, psychoeducation, advocacy, connecting parents/caregivers with specialist services and community resources, as well as preparing reports for relevant authorities.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a University qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare/Community Services, Social Science or related degree, with at least 2 years of experience working in the Child Protection system.

  • Ability to actively engage high needs families and build relationships of trust and rapport
  • Experience working with families and children with complex vulnerabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and NSW/National Driver's Licence

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
