About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Australian Catholic University in Melbourne.

As a key member of our Service Central team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to ACU staff and university stakeholders. This full-time, continuing role offers a unique opportunity to work in a diverse contact centre environment, where you will make a significant contribution to knowledge management, utilise various technologies to resolve service requests, and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and/or resolve service requests received via multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and electronic lodgment
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge management systems, identifying and writing articles to ensure accurate information
  • Utilise problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven customer service experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive total remuneration package of $95,827 - $103,735 per annum (pro rata), including a salary component of $80,975 - $87,658 per annum (pro rata), 17% employer superannuation contributions, and annual leave loading.
