Restaurant Team Lead

Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our teams in Brisbane's inner suburbs.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Work front-of-house, cooking on the grill and chip stations, and assisting on the floor – we all work together as one team
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to maintain high performance standards.
  • Recruit and roster a team of 30-50 employees.
  • Conduct performance reviews, support development, and create talent pipelines for promotions.
  • Manage business finances, including profit and loss, and KPIs.
  • Partner with local community groups on our sustainability program.
