Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Camp Hill. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team members, working front of house, and managing business financials.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team members with regular meetings to share experiences and ideas.
  • Work front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor.
  • Work closely with Area Managers to ensure the Restaurant is performing at a high standard.
  • Recruit and roster a team of 30-50 employees.
  • Complete performance reviews for your team members, supporting their development, and creating talent pipelines for team member promotions.
  • Manage business financials including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
