A day in the life of a Restaurant Manager at Grill'd means being responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating your team members with regular meetings to share experiences and ideas. You'll work closely with our Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is performing at a high standard.

You will be responsible for recruiting and rostering a team of 30-50 employees, completing performance reviews, managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.

As a key member of our management team, you will work with local community groups on our Local Matters program.
