As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team of 30-50 employees ensuring the restaurant performs at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mentor and motivate team members through regular meetings to share experiences and ideas.
  2. Work front of house, leading by example, cooking on the grill & chip stations, and helping out on the floor.
  3. Collaborate with Area Managers to ensure the restaurant is performing well.
  4. Recruit and roster a team of 30-50 employees.
  5. Complete performance reviews for team members, support their development and create talent pipelines for promotions.
  6. Manage business financials, including profit & loss and KPIs.
  7. Work with local community groups on our Local Matters program.
