Deliver Exceptional Vacation Experiences

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. as a Vacation Experience Ambassador. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their vacation experience is nothing short of amazing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Offer information on local area attractions and activities, helping guests make the most of their vacation
  • Complete all department-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and promoting our amazing resorts
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers, ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and seamless transition for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) is advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
