About the Role

  • This part-time/full-time position as a Guest Experience Host and Face to Face Lead Generator will allow you to meet new people and provide excellent customer service in our Shoal Bay location.
  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions and completing department-related paperwork.
  • Use all communication equipment to meet guests face-to-face, generate sales appointments for our sales team, and establish commonality to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community and meet targets and KPIs set by the business.
  • This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.

About You

  • To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience within a similar hotel position, a genuine passion for customer service, and excellent communication skills.
  • You should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive, with immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) are advantageous.
  • You'll also need the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.

We offer an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
