Business Development Representative

ROC Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer base and operations within the territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of working autonomously and developing sales. They will also have excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to deal with all levels of decision makers from project and site managers to engineers and C-level executives.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with civil construction companies, builders, and head contractors.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the VIC sales team and VIC Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.
