Job Description

We are seeking experienced support workers to provide tailored support services in the comfort of our participants' own homes.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering quality support to enable our participants to live their best lives and promote choice and control.

  • Providing personal care with dignity, including grooming, dressing, showering, and general self-care
  • Transport and community access assistance, such as taking participants to appointments or shopping
  • Domestic assistance, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Assisting participants in working towards and achieving their goals
  • Supporting customers with community engagement and activities to improve social skills, interactions, and relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality support to participants
  2. Work collaboratively with other support workers and management team
  3. Communicate effectively with participants, family members, and other stakeholders
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports
  5. Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Certificate III industry-related qualification or higher. A valid driver's license is also required, along with relevant certifications such as a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
