Compassionate Support Worker Role

As a compassionate support worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older Australians, supporting them with everyday activities and promoting their independence.

About the Position

You will be working closely with clients in their own homes, assisting with tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transportation. You will also develop genuine relationships with your clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and helping them live their best possible lives.

Requirements
