Compassionate Home Care Worker Wanted

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by providing them with assistance and support in their daily lives.
Job Description:As a Home Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide home help services to our aged care clients. This may include tasks such as general housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and social support. You will also be responsible for providing transport to lifestyle activities and helping family carers to have a break or pursue other interests.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
We offer a competitive rate of $40.93 per hour, plus superannuation and paid kilometres. We also offer opportunities for professional development and career advancement, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
