Aged Care Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Care Support Worker. If you have a genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care
  • Travel with clients and work independently, using your own car
  • Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions to enhance client satisfaction
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times
  • Report any changes or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • 1 year of experience in home care, preferably in aged care
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Australia work authorization
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of working hours
