Better Support Solutions is dedicated to providing comprehensive services to individuals with disabilities, leveraging 15 years of expertise in the field.

We are currently seeking highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team on a part-time basis (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM).

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Current police check
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Valid Driver's License and car
  • Clear communication and listening skills
  • A person-centered approach to support
  • Fully vaccinated (proof required)
  • Two referees

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with community activities, and administering medication to clients. We value flexibility, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
