About Our Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

Our goal is to empower individuals to live independently, with dignity and respect. We believe that every person has the right to make their own choices and decisions about their life.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic support and community connections to enable individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and domestic support to clients in their homes or in our residential facilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Prepare meals and assist with mealtime
  • Support clients with mobility issues, such as transferring, walking and using public transportation
  • Engage clients in recreational activities, such as outings, hobbies and social events

Requirements

  • Age 18 years or older
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher)
  • Experience working with aged care, disability or community services
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (if required)
