Job Description

This includes developing data-driven revenue strategies, optimising pricing, reducing churn, and expanding sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth – Develop data-driven revenue strategies, optimise pricing, reduce churn, and expand sales opportunities.
- Sales Leadership – Drive sales performance, enhance pipeline efficiency, and improve conversion rates.
- Customer Success – Strengthen retention, increase adoption, and maximise customer lifetime value through a structured success framework.
- Marketing – Elevate brand positioning, run targeted campaigns, and boost acquisition and retention.
- Operations – Optimise service delivery, streamline support workflows, and ensure compliance.
- Strategic Partnerships – Identify and secure partnerships that drive long-term growth.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years in senior SaaS leadership roles, spanning sales, customer success, marketing, or revenue operations, with a strong track record of driving substantial revenue growth.
- SaaS Expertise: Deep knowledge of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, customer acquisition, retention, and key growth metrics.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to align sales, marketing, and customer success with overall business objectives while collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
