Client Success Strategist

We are seeking a Client Success Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing key project deliverables, and ensuring projects are properly planned and staffed.
About the RoleThe Engagement Manager is a leader, project manager, and mentor who thrives on client, company, and team accomplishment. This person will work closely with clients to identify and resolve issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.
- Become an expert in Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
- Demonstrate competency in the Workday product suite - HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.
- Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.
- Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.
