The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand client usage of our platform
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop customised solutions aligned with client business objectives
  • Driving customer retention and maximising revenue potential through strategic account management

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field within a B2B start-up
  • Strong ability to develop, nurture, and grow client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client success
