We are seeking an experienced and skilled hospitality professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring seamless service delivery and an unparalleled guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Ensure that the highest standards of guest service are achieved and maintained upon check-in and during guests' stays.
  • Loyalty Program Management: Manage The Star Grand Loyalty Program and affiliated programs.
  • Communication: Ensure all guest comment cards are distributed to relevant departments and respond to guests when required.
  • Talent Development: Assist with people planning requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training, and development of the team.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
