Regional Sales and Marketing Director

Our company is seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic sales and marketing leadership, with a strong focus on driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for the Asia-Pacific region to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Lead the sales and marketing team in establishing sales targets, achieving them, and enhancing overall operational efficiency and market performance
  • Identify and establish new regional distribution partners, while maintaining strong relationships with existing key distributors in markets such as Shanghai and Xiamen
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our products
  • Provide strategic input and advise on product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Compile and present comprehensive sales and marketing reports to senior management
