We are seeking a commercially astute professional to drive growth in our North and Central Asia markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the region.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in RF technology sectors, particularly in Public Safety, Transport, Mining, Telecommunications, and industrial markets.
- Manage existing accounts while driving new partnerships and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client need assessments.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to provide tailored RF solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations.
- Represent the company at regional industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Minimum 5 years of BDM experience in RF technology, RF components, or RF systems.
- Strong network and market knowledge in the Asia Pacific region, ideally in North and Central Asia.
- Demonstrated success in complex B2B sales and strategic initiatives.
