Key Responsibilities

As the Fleet Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing fleet activities to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with regulations. Your role will involve:

  • Leading a diverse team across operational areas such as On Road, Dispatch, Service Assurance, Transport Scheduling, and Fleet Management.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Designing and implementing strategies to enhance operational performance.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships and fostering collaboration with suppliers.
  • Managing departmental budgets and optimizing expenditures.
  • Coordinating resource allocation to meet departmental goals.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring team members to reach their full potential.
  • Providing regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Conducting audits and reviews of operational processes.
  • Addressing customer service challenges to ensure satisfaction.
