What you’ll be working on

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the Fleet operations, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements. You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure efficient and effective operations within the Fleet areas.

  • Manage and lead a team across various operational functions including On Road, Dispatch, Service Assurance, Transport Scheduling, and Fleet Management.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee vendor management and ensure effective collaboration with suppliers.
  • Manage department budgets and optimize costs.
  • Plan and schedule resources to ensure department priorities are met.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Continuously seek to improve team effectiveness and efficiency using quality-driven management principles.
  • Ensure completion of audits and reviews of existing processes or documentation.
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
