Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our PM operations team, handling all FedEx products with a major focus on domestic priority and international freight.

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence by managing and controlling aspects of the operations, while developing and influencing positive team outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate the Team

Lead, motivate, and empower our team to deliver exceptional service through effective communication, leadership, and performance management.

Analyze Operational Results

Analyze operational results and take proactive measures to meet targets for service quality, cost optimization, and loss prevention.

Cultivate a Customer-Centric Culture

Cultivate a customer-centric culture by implementing initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Utilize Standard Tools

Utilize standard tools for reporting, measurement, and resource management to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Champion Continuous Improvement

Champion continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the team.

Implement Optimization Programs

Implement optimization programs to enhance service levels while managing costs.

Identify Training Needs

Identify training needs and develop strategies for team development and growth.

Requirements
  • Experience in Operations

Experience in an operations environment, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.

Strong Understanding of Optimization Processes

Strong understanding of optimization processes and business fundamentals.

Proficiency in Operational Technology

Proficiency in operational technology and tools.

Track Record of Driving Continuous Improvement

Track record of driving continuous improvement and achieving results.

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Demonstrated Experience in Training and Coaching

Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, and team management.

Professional Certification or Equivalent Experience

Professional certification or equivalent experience preferred.
