Senior Human Resources Business Partner
This is a key role in supporting leaders and staff across the Northern Sydney Local Health District.
You will provide expert advice on workforce strategy, industrial relations, performance management, and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with managers to build workforce capability aligned with business goals.
- Guide leaders through performance, talent, and change management processes.
- Advise on complex workforce matters including grievances, disputes, and industrial issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and organisational policies.
- Promote and embody CORE values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
- Coach and support leaders to proactively manage people challenges and foster a strong team culture.
The successful applicant will have relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards such and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management.
Requirements:- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management.
- Previous experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, job evaluation, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of public sector, relevant employment, Industrial Relations, EEO, Child Protection, WHS Legislation, and State Awards.
