About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our sales team in VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients while identifying and acquiring new travel clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and grow your client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry personnel to drive business growth.
- Manage agency groups and identify new leisure and corporate business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the travel industry as an on-road sales executive preferably for an airline.
- Strong established contacts in the travel industry.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Drive and determination to succeed.
- Ability to work weekends and night events as required.
