Drive Sales Excellence as our Field Sales Manager

Vendito seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our regional sales efforts, driving growth and profitability through strategic leadership and customer engagement. As Field Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of Area Managers and Merchandisers in executing our retail strategy, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and pushing sales initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Collaborate with our State Manager to develop and execute a retail strategy that accelerates growth and expands our market footprint, motivating your team to exceed sales targets and foster a culture of excellence.
- Sales Development: Innovate and optimize sales cycles to deliver exceptional customer experiences, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and conducting insightful training sessions to enhance client understanding and loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced CRM tools to monitor sales progress and market trends, providing strategic insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Management: Develop robust budget plans aligned with strategic goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and sustainable revenue growth.
- Compensation Package: Competitive base salary starting at $130,000 - $140,000 per annum, additional superannuation contribution, performance-based bonus, and car allowance with fuel card and e-tag for business use.
Work Environment: Full-time role based in Moorebank, NSW, offering hybrid work flexibility with regular travel within the state and occasional interstate trips. Collaborate closely with a passionate team committed to achieving excellence.
Qualifications: Proven leadership in sales and business development, ideally within the construction or building materials industry. Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a focus on fostering a collaborative team environment.
