National Sales Execution Manager

The SunRice Group is a leading Australian branded food exporter with operations in 11 countries and a diverse team of approximately 2,000 employees. As a National Sales Execution Manager, you will play a key role in driving excellence in availability, distribution, and display.
About the Role
This is a challenging and intellectually stimulating position that requires a strong understanding of the ANZ marketplace and key customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating targets and plans across customer leads to ensure effective implementation of activation plans and identify strategies to grow distribution and sales across channels.
- Supporting the development of new products via customer-led solutions generated through meetings and ideation sessions with key accounts in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Driving penetration and growth of the SunRice portfolio in current and new customers.
- Ensuring adequate stock availability during key selling periods and major events.
- Driving accountability and performance culture across 3rd party field providers.
- Gaining new line distribution in line with national expectations and speed to market.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline, a natural problem-solving ability, and exceptional communication skills. You will also have a demonstrated track record of sales success and growing customer bases through the acquisition of new customers and businesses.
