Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description:

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of dedicated technicians and warranty agents to deliver exceptional service while maintaining our company's reputation.

You will be responsible for coordinating service calls, assigning tasks, and prioritizing workloads. Building strong customer relationships and providing start-up assistance for new installations are also key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialised Warranty Services: Utilize your technical knowledge to perform warranty services on Temperzone and Hitachi products.
  • Service Call Coordination: Coordinate service calls, assign technicians, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • New Installation Support: Provide start-up assistance for new installations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices to develop their skills and achieve company goals.
  • Quality Workmanship: Ensure the highest quality workmanship for all service and repair jobs.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Ability: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Customer Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Certificate: Possession of a Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Certificate.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge and qualifications in HVAC and/or refrigeration disciplines.
  • Licence: Possession of a Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Supervisors Licence (if applicable in your region).
