Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role is crucial in promoting our customer-centric culture among commercial and residential partners in Victoria.
Job Description:- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive business growth.
- On-board and develop new customers to meet sales expectations.
- Maintain high-level customer relationships, ensuring positive representation of Temperzone.
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits (minimum 8 per week) to build strong relationships.
- Follow up on commercial leads for assigned customers to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement supply plans with domestic builder programs to increase market share.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for both Temperzone and Hitachi products.
- Ensure customer growth meets or exceeds market trends by analyzing sales data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects in the HVAC industry.
- Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industries.
- Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Sales process or management qualifications.
- A trade qualification in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or Electrical is advantageous.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is advantageous.
