
Pre-Sales Expert

Delivering top-notch support and guidance is at the heart of this role.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing pre-sales expertise and capability within our Regulatory Compliance solution line.
Key responsibilities include providing expert support to our business development team through in-depth customer needs analysis and product demonstrations.
Interacting with customers to represent their requirements and understanding key customer needs and market basics are also crucial.
Additional tasks involve reviewing data from predefined dashboards to make informed decision recommendations, liaising with internal partners, and providing solution and domain expertise to sales campaigns.
Responsibilities also include delivering online and face-to-face demonstrations of our technology solutions, actively monitoring high-priority sales opportunities, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends associated with Regulatory Compliance.
Requirements include demonstrated experience working in risk and compliance functions, presales and client management/customer success experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proven ability to maintain awareness of the risk and compliance market and our solution offerings is essential. You must also be a team player and problem solver with good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and GRC software.
