Senior Solutions Consultant
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the pre-sales process end-to-end, combining strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to simplify complex solutions and build trust with prospective clients.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and requirements.
- Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including Proof of Concepts (POCs), RFPs, and RFIs.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Translate technical features into clear business value propositions using a value-based selling approach.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Stay updated on SaaS, customer engagement, and marketing automation trends to advise clients effectively.
- 6–8 years' experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
- Proven track record managing complex pre-sales engagements, including POCs and RFPs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience with customer engagement, analytics, or marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
