Human Resources Partner – Asia Pacific

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team as a HR Business Partner for the Asia Pacific region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisation, driving business success through strategic human resources partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human resources matters to senior leaders and other stakeholders across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives;
  • Providing coaching and training to managers and employees to enhance their human resources skills and knowledge;
  • Conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues in accordance with local laws and regulations;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on human resources matters;
  • Monitoring and reporting on key human resources metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a business partnering role;
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems;
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field (desirable).
