A key opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Fintech Sales Associate. This role offers the chance to develop a strong sales foundation, gain an intimate knowledge of the home loan process and mortgage market, and progress into senior roles within the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting customers over the phone, converting leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers, and identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.

This is an entry-level position well-suited to final year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs
  • Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is desirable
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
