
Chief Fintech Marketing Officer

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to drive our demand generation, content marketing, and go-to-market strategies in the fintech and payments space.
- Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion among enterprises, merchants, and financial institutions.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Create compelling whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and webinars that position us as an industry leader in payments.
- Partner & Channel Marketing: Collaborate with partners to drive co-marketing initiatives.
- Sales Enablement Support: Provide sales teams with localized materials and training on marketing campaigns and product messaging.
- Product Marketing: Develop value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials to support go-to-market initiatives for our payment solutions.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Implement targeted ABM strategies for key enterprise accounts.
- Event & Conference Strategy: Plan and manage participation in industry events focused on travel, partner conferences, and fintech summits to expand reach and generate leads.
- Performance & Analytics: Track and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
This is an opportunity to work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to position our payment solutions, generate high-quality leads, and build brand authority in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Increase the number of leads into the funnel, ensuring they are more educated once in the funnel so the sales conversion increases.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Produce webinars, thought leadership pieces, written and video case studies of customers, building brand awareness of our company in the travel industry.
- Partner & Channel Marketing: Drive co-marketing initiatives with partners.
- Sales Enablement Support: Provide sales teams with localized materials and training on marketing campaigns and product messaging.
- Product Marketing: Develop value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials to support go-to-market initiatives for our payment solutions.

What We're Looking For:
- 3-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech or payments.
- Proven expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the travel and/or payments ecosystem.
- Marketing 'all-rounder' and a self-starter who is comfortable executing these initiatives.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on insights.
- Experience managing co-marketing initiatives and partnerships within the fintech/payments space.
