Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on workplace relations matters, including enterprise bargaining, policy reviews, and Fair Work Commission proceedings.
  • Manage and respond to employee grievances and disputes, ensuring that all cases are handled fairly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze industrial relations trends, case law, and legislative changes to ensure that the organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial relations, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft clear and comprehensive reports.
  • A strong technical skill set, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
