Business Process Advisor

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to Darktrace's expanding Revenue Operations organization as a key advisor. As part of the Deal Desk team, you will serve as a trusted partner to Sales, ensuring efficient and compliant deal structuring while driving strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a SaaS company, boasting a deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process and proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ. They will excel in bridging business and sales needs, navigating fast-paced environments, and making informed decisions with limited data.
Key responsibilities include advising Sales on optimal deal structures and contracting options, reviewing customer contracts for revenue recognition treatment, and identifying process enhancements. The successful candidate will also champion pricing and policy changes, perform analytical and problem-solving tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A strong organizational framework, ability to manage competing priorities, and expertise in Microsoft Excel are required. Additionally, adaptability in ambiguous environments, handling peak order volumes, and covering end-of-month and fiscal quarter deadlines is essential.
