The role of Reception Facilities Support at World Vision offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting staff, contractors, and visitors to our property.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with strong verbal skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving expertise. You will be proficient in MS office programs and possess excellent relationship-building skills. Your role will play a crucial part in enabling us to achieve our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world's most vulnerable children and adults.

This position requires a person who has clear communication and a warm, professional, and approachable personality. In addition, the successful applicant will possess the following knowledge, experience, and key capabilities:

  • Experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in an administrative environment;
  • Knowledge of administrative functions, including invoicing processing, and ability to work with business processes/systems;
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy - Office365; email, internet systems, and excel;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal/external customers;
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

Salary Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$70,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
