About the Role:

  • This is an opportunity to be part of the leadership team within the service, working closely with other coordinators to develop and implement engaging programs for children.
  • You will assist in creating innovative programs using industry-leading tools, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compliance documents, administrative tasks, and maintaining positive relationships with the school community.
  • The work schedule includes 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.45pm - 6.30pm + weekly administration hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

About You:

  • You should be an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships are essential.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential, and you should have completed or be in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children's Check and willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check are also required.

Benefits and Remuneration:

The salary for this position is around $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
