RMIT University is seeking a Talent Programs Lead Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of talent programs and services, including Academic Promotions, Vice Chancellor's Research Fellowship, and Distinguished Professor.

This role requires strong leadership skills, demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate resources, processes, systems, people, and policies. The successful candidate will have experience in managing, coordinating, designing, and implementing recruitment programs and services. They will also possess solid project management skills, with a record of successfully coordinating and/or supporting projects through to completion.
