Reinsurance Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this key position in our Sydney office.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and market-leading environment with a broad scope of responsibilities, collaboration with various internal stakeholders, and meaningful client interaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team in marketing reinsurance placements, communicating with clients and reinsurers in both domestic and international markets.
  • Generate and review technical contractual documentation, including contract wordings, endorsements, and evidence of cover.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving queries from clients and reinsurers, liaising with colleagues across departments as needed.
  • Analyze and collect data for market submissions and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate data within our IT systems.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of technical reinsurance knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Data analysis abilities and experience working in a client-facing environment are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
