Operational Reinsurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Operations Manager to lead our reinsurance operations team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement a reinsurance strategy focused on simplification and efficiency.
- To manage and develop a high-performing team, driving operational excellence.
- To engage with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless reinsurance performance.
- To serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in all aspects of reinsurance.
A successful candidate will bring relevant experience in reinsurance, preferably managing teams and operational functions. Alternatively, individuals from accounting or actuarial backgrounds within life insurance are encouraged to apply, with a willingness to adapt their skills to an operational role.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
