This role will shape the direction of Shared Services, driving compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. You'll lead and optimise HR and payroll operations, increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR services with our strategic goals.
  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports and 30 indirect reports to deliver high-quality support to over 5500 staff across NSW.
  • Establish a People Service Desk to streamline and elevate employee support.
  • Drive compliance with policies and regulations and manage HR risk.
  • Foster a workplace culture that reflects Anglicare's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role in organisations of similar scale and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR & Payroll best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a talent for strategic planning and communication.
  • Proficiency in Chris21, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable).

Earnings Potential: This is an attractive opportunity with an estimated annual salary range of $140,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package that reflects your value to Anglicare.
