We are recruiting a maximum term 12-month role as an HR Business Process Optimisation Specialist, responsible for enhancing efficiency in HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with departments to streamline processes and foster collaboration.

The role's key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating current HR Business Partner practices and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing recommendations for realigning responsibilities to focus on high-priority tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through feedback from HR Business Partners and other team members.
  • Implementing best practices and industry standards to enhance efficiency in HR operations.
  • Reviewing process documentation to reflect any changes in procedures or compliance requirements.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or business process analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and data analytics.
  • Understanding of legal frameworks and governance.
