We invite you to experience a dynamic HR business partnership role supporting the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands (ANZPI) leadership team, where you can drive meaningful change in our people-first culture.

Meaningful Work from Day One

In this influential HR business partner role, you will work closely with functional directors, leaders, and teams to execute business strategies through people and organizational development. As part of an HR team responsible for an exciting and rewarding people-first agenda, you will manage day-to-day HR processes and facilitate the execution of business strategies.

What You Can Expect

• Execute the People & Culture strategy for ANZPI by serving as an HR business partner to assigned functional and regional stakeholders.

• Represent the HR function across stakeholders.

• Serve as the first point of contact in HR-related matters within the business unit.

• Facilitate coaching and team workshops to drive organizational effectiveness and collaboration.

• Champion our people-first culture throughout the employee life-cycle, including recruitment, development, performance, and talent management, engagement, and culture initiatives.

• Ensure uniform and equitable application of organizational policies and procedures, including investigation and resolution of employee issues, if applicable.

• Partner with global centers of excellence to deliver key initiatives across Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Performance & Learning, Total Rewards, and Workforce Planning & Recruiting.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience within HR Business Partnership with a successful track record of coaching leaders at all levels.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Corporate and Region management, as well as employees across functions.

• Demonstrated ability to develop insights relating to people and organization, which drive People and Culture Strategy.

• Consistent evidence of ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and maturity in responding to requests for data, resolving problems, and handling confidential information.

• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships throughout all levels and across cultures.

• Demonstrated champion of diversity and inclusion.

• Ability to develop problem-solving solutions based on evaluation of needs and clear deliverables.
