About the Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving academic excellence and promoting inclusive learning practices across our 80 primary and secondary schools.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in leading educational teams, developing and implementing evidence-based instructional strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Academic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and support to school leaders to ensure high-quality teaching and learning programs that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Inclusive Practice: Develop and implement initiatives that promote inclusive learning environments, equity, and social justice.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach teachers to enhance their practice, build capacity, and improve student outcomes.
  • National Consistency Tool (NCCD) Data Collection: Oversee the collection and analysis of NCCD data to inform targeted interventions and resource allocation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in education or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a leadership position within a school setting.
  • A strong commitment to Catholic education and its values.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Australian residency or citizenship.
