We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as Chief People Operations Director, responsible for leading our HR and payroll operations and driving strategic initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Lead and optimise the delivery of HR and payroll operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Establish a People Service Desk to provide streamlined support to employees.
- Drive compliance with policies and regulations, managing HR risk and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Foster a workplace culture that embodies Anglicare's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role in organisations of similar scale and complexity.
- Strong knowledge of HR & Payroll best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Proven leadership skills, with a talent for strategic planning and communication.
- Proficiency in Chris21, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable).
A competitive salary package of $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
