Regional Leadership Position

The Regional Leader is a senior management position that requires strategic leadership and alignment with organizational objectives. This role supports a collaborative work environment of unity, support, response, passion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Management
  • Negotiates Funding Agreements
  • Leads Placement Services and Operations
  • Leads Property and Asset Management Initiatives
  • Area Planning and Strategic Leadership
  • Leads Risk and Compliance Management

This role requires strong leadership capability, supporting young people by leading regional operations. It also involves operational planning, with a focus on the transitional nature of placements requiring continued and iterative focus and heavy time commitment.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a Youth Work related field (e.g., Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Community Work, Child Protection etc.)
  • Demonstrated, in-depth understanding of quality systems in a residential youth service, gained through significant experience
  • Experience and competency using MS suite, with ability to learn other programs
  • Hold a valid Australian drivers licence

Eligibility for this role includes being eligible to live and work in Australia, holding an unrestricted driver's licence, and being willing to undergo state-specific checks, including working with children clearance and relevant qualifications.
